The Village of West Salem Board of Trustees on March 18, 2025 voted unanimously to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 68 to Allied Cooperative for construction of a phased bulk storage facility at 165 Mill Street South. Trustee Leicht moved to approve the permit "with the additions as discussed," and Trustee Lautz seconded; the roll-call vote was unanimous.
