Consultant firm Accenture briefed the Arena District Steering Committee on Sept. 2, 2026 about Phase Two of the district development process, including market-demand validation, pricing and construction-cost evaluation, and parcel concept refinement. Accenture reported "strong developer interest" despite current market and financing conditions and said updated market studies for hospitality and residential development — including townhomes and parking needs — are expected at the committee's next meeting.
