Megan Short of American StructurePoint presented the Right Wing Building 2 project as a 1,000,000‑square‑foot industrial building with four on‑site detention ponds already installed. She said the current filing modifies the outlet into the Canary legal drain so that the release rates remain the same as those the project was held to in 2022.
