The Springdale Borough Council approved a motion to replace the waterline on Orchard/Walnut to Pittsburgh Street, including paving, at a cost of $96,000.00. The motion specified that payment will come from the Water Fund Money Market Account; it was moved by J. Kern, seconded by D. Stephens, and the vote carried.
