The Decatur County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved routine financial items at its Sept. 8 meeting, including the Aug. 17 meeting minutes, claims and the payroll for Aug. 28, 2026 of $426,425.71. The motions to approve minutes and claims were moved by Commissioner Brian Wenning and seconded by Commissioner Gabe Nobbe; payroll approval was moved by Wenning and seconded by Nobbe.
