Tom Green County commissioners authorized issuance of RFP 27‑004 to upgrade the passenger elevator in the Keys Building and set the bid opening for Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2026. County staff said the proposed site visit is Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. in the courthouse building, and commissioners urged moving the long‑delayed project forward.
