The Ada County Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve a conditional use permit allowing Kimberlite Ranch (also operating as Ripple Ranch) to host outdoor events on a 44-acre property at 13999 East Highway 21, adding a condition that limits attendance to a maximum of 150 people per event.
