The council approved a set of actions to regularize an existing RV storage operation at 10810 Collins Road: a general plan amendment, introduction and first‑reading waiver of a zoning ordinance change, and a conditional‑use permit resolution. Consultant Forrest Ebbs said the site is an existing RV storage operation that requires zoning alignment (moving from general commercial to a light‑limited manufacturing or similar zoning) and that the proposal does not include major site changes beyond the permitted operation.
