On second reading the commission unanimously adopted Ordinance 26-964 to add a variance process to Section 90-5, allowing applicants to seek variances from traffic access, circulation and parking requirements and clarifying that the Planning and Zoning Board may recommend approval or denial.

The City Commission unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 26-964 on Oct. 8, 2026, amending Section 90-5 “Appeals” of Chapter 90 to provide a process for variance requests related to traffic access, circulation and parking.
