Council member Heather Brice said construction progress for the library is expected to be visible by July 2027 and that an Early Childhood Facility is anticipated to open by September 2028. Council member Mari Jo Olsen said library build meetings will be held twice a month for the next two months and reported that a childcare provider has been selected through an RFQ process.
