Committee sets December update and asks staff for specific research and materials

At the close of the meeting, the committee consolidated next steps: a short December presentation on the quintile study and Westwood demonstration, a staff audit of current student-outreach and welcome materials, and research into outbound traffic alternatives and any fire-department run-time data. Chair Matt Powers asked for succinct deliverables that staff can use to brief the council.
