Committee postpones IT policy 4.02 after questions about scope and authorized sites

During review of administrative policy updates, the committee paused discussion of the IT policy change (4.02) after supervisors asked whether departments would have a clear list of authorized websites for grant reporting and other required uploads. Supervisor Gorman asked whether there is "a list that's provided to the departments on which ones are authorized or not?" and said he would prefer IT to attend to explain the policy's intent.
