River Ridge CDD approves $1.11 million drainage improvement contract with Clark Construction
The River Ridge CDD approved Clark Construction Group, Inc. for a four-phase stormwater management project with an added 5% contingency, bringing the not-to-exceed amount to $1,111,860; the Oak Run HOA may separately pay $197,201.47 to connect roof drains.

The River Ridge Community Development District on April 28 approved Clark Construction Group, Inc. to perform four phases of a stormwater management project covering Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes and Seaside IV in a not-to-exceed amount of $1,111,860, including an additional 5% contingency added to cover unknown costs. The motion, made by Kurt Blumenthal and seconded by Terry Mountford, passed with all supervisors in favor.
