Charlie Krebs reported that the application for Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations was submitted to the Village of Estero and that checks were issued by Bowman Incorporated. Draft bid documents were sent to District Counsel and, upon counsel approval, the District Manager will advertise for sealed bids, set a submission deadline and present submissions to the Board after a formal bid opening.
