The board entered executive session under Texas Government Code Sec. 551.074 for personnel deliberations and reconvened at 7:53 p.m. in open session to consider action. The board approved the superintendent evaluation tool as presented; the motion was made by Kelley Strona, seconded by Matt Dugan, and the vote was recorded as 7-0.
