The Historic Preservation Board held an open study session at 6:34 p.m. on July 9 to review a proposed rewrite of Municipal Code Chapter 18.58, staff said. Chair called the meeting to order and staff outlined the rewrite as primarily a reorganization and clarification effort rather than a set of major policy shifts.
