Police Chief Michelle Wagner told CBAC the department requested a mix of personnel and capital items in the proposed budget, including technology to boost efficiency. The department has trial licenses for Axon's Draft1, which can draft investigative reports from bodycam material; staff found it useful for long interviews but decided not to buy licenses for all patrol this year.
