Howe Community Library recognized volunteers, reports growth and new grant funding

Tori Strickland presented certificates to summer volunteers and praised community support for the Howe Community Library’s programs. She said the library distributed school supplies to more than 80 students in August, funded by donations from two local organizations that requested anonymity, and highlighted summer programs that drew more than 1,000 attendees.
