Council approved combining 42 and 50 North Center Street into one parcel for future village development, moving the properties toward potential redevelopment under village control.

The Village of Sebewaing Council on March 16 approved a land combination application to merge parcel #39-008-520-00 (42 North Center Street) and parcel #39-008-513-00 (50 North Center Street) into a single parcel for future development by the village. The motion was moved by Trustee Aaron Kuhl, seconded by Trustee Leslie Shenberger, and carried with all present voting in favor except one absentee.
