On second reading the Council adopted Ordinance 26-039 to rename and update provisions pertaining to the Animal Services Advisory Board. Councilor Charmaine Crabb moved to adopt the ordinance, Mayor Pro Tem R. Gary Allen seconded, and the adoption carried unanimously by the nine members present with Councilor Bruce Huff absent.
