On second reading the Council adopted Ordinance 26-038 to revise Article XIV of Chapter 13 of the Columbus Code to modernize the Article, adopt current state rules and regulations, and provide penalties for violations. The ordinance was adopted on motion by Mayor Pro Tem R. Gary Allen, with Councilor Charmaine Crabb seconding, and recorded as carried unanimously by the nine members present (Councilor Huff absent).
