Commissioners approve mass‑gathering permit for Black Coffee event at Carson Creek Ranch

County fire marshal and special event staff briefed the court on the Stranger Than Presence Black Coffee event planned for Oct. 30–31 at Carson Creek Ranch (701 Dalton Lane). Staff said law enforcement and health agencies had provided approvals or reviews, and that Code 4 and TNR reviewed a traffic control plan submitted the day before the hearing.
