The Weld County Board of County Commissioners convened Oct. 21 and approved the consent agenda, general warrants, a series of contract awards and intergovernmental agreements across departments. The chair noted all five commissioners were present at roll call and the board carried motions on procurement, human services contracts, public-works agreements and grant acceptance.
