The commission considered an applicant-proposed code amendment to permit recreation-vehicle parks in the Town Center district with a conditional-use permit. Planning staff and the planning commission recommended denial, citing conflicts in existing code and concern that a blanket allowance across the entire Town Center zone would be inappropriate.
