Lubbock MPO approves functional-classification recommendations for TxDOT review
The Transportation Policy Committee authorized LMPO staff to submit roadway functional-classification recommendations to TxDOT after reviewing roughly 80 local classifications following TxDOT's statewide pilot; most reclassifications remain fundable and four segments were moved below the federal funding threshold.
