Valerie Clawson, a county planner, opened a joint work session with the planning commission and told members the draft plan was being shared for implementation review and that the public comment window closes October 22. "There is no, like, fluffy presentation because it is a work session," Clawson said, explaining staff would work directly from the plan document to focus discussion.
