Planning commission backs amended Hartland Towne Square development agreement
The Hartland Township Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of an amended and restated Eighth Amendment to the Hartland Towne Square Planned Development Agreement, forwarding changes on signage, drive-through limits, lighting, landscaping, permitted uses and building height to the Township Board subject to conditions.

The Hartland Township Planning Commission on Sept. 24, 2026 voted to recommend approval of Site Plan Application #26-009, an Amended and Restated Eighth Amendment to the Hartland Towne Square Planned Development Agreement. Commissioner Mitchell moved to recommend approval, a motion that was seconded by Commissioner Mayer and carried unanimously.
