Lebanon updates development fee rules, creates specific trust-fund spending limits
Ordinance No. 04-2026 replaces the Township's Development Fee article to set residential and nonresidential fee rates (residential 1.5%; nonresidential 2.5%), spending rules for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, monitoring, and exemptions; adopted after a public hearing, 3–0 with one abstention.
