The commission approved a request to replat and create a separate ~2.604‑acre parcel at Progress Business Park so an older single‑tenant building can be separated from newer warehouse construction. Applicants Barry Booth and Casey Hibbs said the change is intended to improve marketing and leasing flexibility for the older building without enabling additional subdivision of the overall site.
