The Commissioners’ Court approved an interlocal agreement with the Victoria Area Alternate Defender Office covering Victoria, Goliad, Jackson, Refugio and Lavaca counties. The motion to approve was made by Commissioner Kenny W. Siegel and seconded by Commissioner Dennis W. Kocian; the court voted unanimously (5-0).
