The court approved an interlocal agreement between Gulf Bend Center and the Lavaca County Law Enforcement Committee during the Sept. 28 meeting. Judge Wayne Faircloth moved to approve the agreement and Commissioner Edward Pustka seconded; the vote was unanimous and recorded as Court Order 20171.
