County Attorney Morgan Arrington advised the body that the proposed topic qualified for executive session under Ala. Code §36-25A-7(a). Commissioner Lynne Holmes moved to enter executive session; Commissioner Tommy McGaha seconded; a recorded vote was taken (recorded yes votes by District 1 Commissioner Ben Courson, District 2 Commissioner Robbie Weaver, District 3 Commissioner Lynne Holmes and District 4 Commissioner Tommy McGaha). The Commission recessed into executive session at 10:02 a.m.
