Covington County reappoints Mark Mills to Recreation Board
The commission unanimously reappointed Mark Mills to the Covington County Recreation Board for a new term after noting he was the sole applicant for the position that expired Sept. 30, 2026.

Chairman Michael Smith announced the Recreation Board position held by Mark Mills would expire Sept. 30, 2026, and that Mills was the only applicant. Commissioner Robbie Weaver moved to reappoint Mark Mills to the Covington County Recreation Board; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Tommy McGaha and passed unanimously.
