At the end of the work session the chair moved to adjourn and recess into executive session. The motion cited Texas Government Code sections 551.071 (consultation with attorney on pending or contemplated litigation), 551.072 (real-property matters) and 551.087 (economic development matters) as the reasons for the closed session. The chair called for the vote; members responded "Aye" and the work session adjourned.
