Donna Smith told the Board of Assessors that a chain of historical sales has left the Smith family uncertain whether Map 2, Lot 6 now totals about 12 acres or 17 acres. "We own 17 acres of Lot 6, or 12 acres, we are not sure," Smith said, summarizing deeds and maps she reviewed back to an original O’Donnell map showing roughly 203 acres.
