Corey Stone, the township Emergency Management Coordinator (EMC), told the board the Perry County Emergency Services Commission has sent bid requests for solicitors and established an 18‑month timeline of benchmarks. Stone said the commission "are hoping to have an executive officer by January 1, 2027."
