Kendall County approves multiple interlocal agreements and accepts 2025 racial profiling reports
The Commissioners’ Court extended interlocal agreements with Blanco ESD No. 2 and the City of Boerne for fire protection and EMS affiliations, approved a mutual-aid agreement with Bexar County ESD 4, and accepted 2025 racial profiling reports for the Sheriff and constables.

The Court extended an Interlocal Agreement with Blanco ESD No. 2 through FY26 with quarterly payments of $2,500 unchanged (totaling $10,000 annually). It also approved a mutual-aid agreement between Kendall County EMS and Bexar County ESD No. 4 Fire Rescue and authorized an interlocal agreement with the City of Boerne for fire protection services; the Court additionally approved the Kendall County EMS First Responder Affiliation Agreement with the City of Boerne for FY26.
