A staff member told the Decatur County RDC that a prospective project at Adams Rail Park is asking the commission to "commit to extending the sewer utility" to serve the site, and presented a draft letter proposing that commitment contingent on a formal project being established. The staff description noted the required extension would tie into an existing force main and is "just actually equal to, I think, about exactly a mile."
