Board upholds district decision on executive-session appeal
After an executive session held under ORS 192.660(2)(b) and (f), the board returned to open session and voted to uphold the district's decision on an appeal arising from the executive session; the board announced that no final deliberations from the executive session will be reported beyond the general subject.

The Seaside School District board met in executive session under Oregon statutes to consider dismissal/discipline and records exempt from public inspection. After returning to open session, a board member moved "to uphold the district's position on the appeal heard in our executive session," the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor.
