Board approves multiple final plats, including Silver Lake Ranch and Pearson Ranch
The Valley County commissioners approved several final plats (Silver Lake Ranch Estates, Pearson Ranch, Valley Heights, Ashton Corner, Circle P and Hummingbird Haven) with standard conditions on sanitary restrictions, fire plans and right-of-way dedications; the chairman was authorized to sign final plats.

Planning staff presented an agenda of final plats for the board's consideration. The board moved and approved the Silver Lake Ranch Estates final plat, acknowledging sanitary restrictions, validating Herrick Lane as public right-of-way (with a required quitclaim on Herrick Lane still outstanding) and authorizing the chairman to sign the final plat.
