District staff presented Resolution 2026‑03 and reviewed proposed changes, increases and decreases from the prior fiscal year. On motion by Supervisor Keith Merrill, seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, the board adopted Resolution 2026‑03 and scheduled a public hearing on the proposed budget for Sept. 8, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Sound Room at the River Club Conference Center.
