Commissioners and staff discussed next steps for a 2025 work plan and a longer-term strategic-planning process. Staff said an annual work plan is due to city council (typically in March) and that, because the commission has just been established, it must produce a 2025 skeleton quickly: "We have to have something to just show what we've been doing through the year," a staff member said.
