City officials said the municipal building design is at a level that will support a next cost estimate expected in early July. The agency official told the committee: "Our groundbreaking is planned for the July 23 at 05:30, out on‑site of the building," and staff said an initial GMP for site work, foundation, and geothermal drilling will be presented to council on July 22.
