The New Baltimore City Council voted unanimously on Oct. 14 to appoint Chris Ross to the Downtown Development Authority, filling the unexpired term of Frank Krause. The motion was made by Councilmember Dittrich and seconded by Councilmember Harvey; the minutes record the appointment as approved without opposition.
