On Oct. 5 the Jourdanton City Council approved a resolution authorizing staff to submit an application to the 2027–28 TxCDBG Community Development Fund competition. The motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Chester Gonzales, seconded by Councilmember Pamela Manning, and passed unanimously.
