The Town Board heard an application from Bill Fugate III to transfer land between adjoining owners to enlarge the north lot (Lot 1) of the property on W. Riverside Drive. Ryan Combs of Combs and Associates represented the owners and reported that Mr. Fugate owns all parcels and wants to make one lot larger; no zoning change was requested and the parcels will remain zoned R-RS.
