The Nye County Regional Planning Commission recommended approval of CU 2627, permitting a permanent-makeup/body-art studio to operate at 1240 East State Street, Suite 108. Staff said the applicant, Jade Vanderbeek, had previously held a CUP at another location and recommended approval subject to standard conditions.
