The board reviewed a request from Vicki Davis at UVLSRPC for a support letter for a USDA grant application. Selectman Colin Stubbings moved "to accept and send as written" the support letter; Rick Daley seconded. The motion passed with a 2-0-1 tally, with Wayne Godfrey abstaining.
