The Fulton Water Utility voted 3-0 to hire Faith Leak Detection Service to perform a system-wide leak survey this summer after meter-read comparisons showed possible small but cumulative leaks.

The Fulton Water Utility voted unanimously June 16 to hire Faith Leak Detection Service to perform a system-wide leak survey, with the board asking the work be completed before the seasonal shut-offs. Chair Mike Rebman moved for the hire and Becky Bittner seconded; the motion carried 3-0.
