Commissioner Perry moved to adjourn the county's Redevelopment Agency (RDA) meeting and return to the regular Box Elder County Commission meeting. Commissioner Bingham seconded the motion and the clerk called for a voice vote; the clerk recorded "Aye" and announced the motion passed, returning the meeting to regular session.
